Paradise Greens Villas is looking for an Assistant Hr Manager to join its team in Greater Noida (West), Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Hr Manager, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Screening, MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, organised attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
