Param Skills Training India Pvt.Ltd. is hiring a Center Manager in Amravati Road, Nagpur. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Center Manager Nagpurlooking For An Experienced Center Manager With Prior Experience In Ddu-Gky / Skill Development Projects. Candidates Having Worked As Center Head / Center Manager Will Be Preferred. Must Have Experience In Center Operations, Mobilization, Training Coordination, Mis & Team Management. Immediate Joining Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Documentation, Compliance, MS Excel and Financial products
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, ethical attitude

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
