Possesses Basic Knowledge Of Tally For Accounting And Billing-Related Activities And Advanced Proficiency In Ms Excel For Data Analysis, Reporting, Rate Comparison, Mis Preparation, And Maintaining Tender Records. Strong Attention To Detail With Good Coordination And Documentation Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Power Point, Record Management, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, MS Word | Skills Needed : Tally, Email, Computer

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
