Hr Admin Executive

Paras Inn wants to bring on an Hr Admin Executive for its Sector 33 - Gurgaon, Delhi team. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

As an Hr Admin Executive, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, HRMS, Recruitment, Screening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude
