paras Travels is looking for a Transport Supervisor to join its team in Sector 33 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Responsible For Supervising Company Buses, Driver Deployment, And Daily Pick-Up And Drop Operations For Company Staff. Monitor Bus Schedules, Driver Attendance, Route Planning, Vehicle Cleanliness, And Daily Activities. Maintain Transport Records, Ensure Timely Service, And Coordinate With Drivers And Company Staff For Smooth Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, MS Office, Record keeping and Typing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
