Parker & Parker Co. LLP wants to bring on an Office Assistant for its Navrangpura, Ahmedabad team. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
