- Handle Inbound And Outbound Travel Inquiries (Calls, Whatsapp, Instagram, Etc.)- Convert Leads Into Bookings By Explaining Travel Packages- Maintain Strong Follow-Ups With Clients- Customize Itineraries Based On Client Requirements- Coordinate With Operations Team For Smooth Trip Execution- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets. What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
