Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Scheduling Of Client Meeting And Attending Meeting With Clients As Well. Knowledge Of Epf, Esic & Payroll. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Typing and Record keeping

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
