• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Outbound, Punjabi, Real Estate and Sales
