Patel Retail Ltd. wants to bring on an Assistant Store Manager (Asm) for its Panvel, Mumbai team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹24,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager (Asm), your work will include:

• You will monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs
• You will prepare MIS reports and track key metrics.
• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• You will handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Vendor coordination, MS Excel, Team handling, Process management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and problem solver

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
