Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, Payroll and Screening
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
