The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Prospective Customers, Generating Leads, Explaining Tour Packages, Handling Customer Queries, Maintaining Call Records, Following Up With Interested Clients, And Assisting In Converting Enquiries Into Bookings. The Candidate Should Possess Good Communication Skills In Hindi, English And/Or Bengali, Basic Computer Knowledge, A Customer-Friendly Attitude, And The Ability To Achieve Lead Generation And Sales Targets. Prior Experience In Telecalling, Telesales, Travel, Or Customer Service Will Be Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Marketing | Languages : English, Hindi, Bengali

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Hindi and Marketing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
