We Are Looking For Telecaller To Handle Customer Calls, Follow Up With Leads, Provide Information About Our Travel Services And Packages, And Convert Potential Enquiries Into Bookings.Requirements: Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, Confidence In Speaking With Customers, And A Positive Attitude Towards Sales And Follow-Ups. Marketing | Languages : English, Hindi, Bengali

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
