We Are Looking For A Dedicated Professional To Work Onsite At Partner Hospitals In Bangalore To Manage Cashless Hospitalization Processes And Support Patients During Their Insurance Journey. This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who Enjoys Hospital Operations, Coordination, And Helping Patients During Critical Moments. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, Kannada, English

Day-to-day work

As an Insurance Coordinator, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Kannada, English
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude
