Peak Performance Advisors (Opc) Private Limited wants to bring on an Hr Manager for its Peelamedu, Coimbatore team. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month. There are 10 open positions.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Payroll, Recruitment, HRMS, Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A good communicator, organised attitude
