Hr Manager

Peak Performance Advisors (Opc) Private Limited wants to bring on an Hr Manager for its Ooty team. 12 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹55,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Payroll, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month.
