Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, MS Excel, Payroll, Recruitment
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Human Resource Intern, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
