Peak Route Overseas is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Sector-52, Chandigarh. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹15,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Active listening, CRM tools and Typing speed
• Female Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone patient and calm under pressure
