Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 per month.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
