Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers.

Salary

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with MS Office, Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting
• Basic English
