* Greet Visitors And Manage Calls, Whatsapp, And Email Inquiries.* Coordinate Book, Assignment, And Project Dispatch With The Team.* Update Daily Sales And Activity Sheets.* Handle Customer Queries, Refunds, And Follow-Ups.* Support Hr, Accounts, And Author Coordination Tasks. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Typing, MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
