• Comfortable with Record keeping, MS Office, Email etiquette, Basic accounting

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
