Oversee The Maintenance, Safety, And Functionality Of Buildings And Properties. Coordinate Repairs, Vendor Contracts, And Space Utilization. Ensure Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,600 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Basic accounting, Typing, Data entry
