Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Procurement, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Procurement, Quotation Management, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Record Management
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

Salary

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
