Job Description & Daily Responsibilitiescall Verified Farmer Leads And Dealers Generated Through Indiamart, Whatsapp Inquiries, And Digital Campaigns.Explain Product Specifications, Benefits, And Applications (Mulching Films, Weed Mats, Crop Protection Covers, And Farm Equipment) To Prospective Buyers.Understand Customer Land Size And Crop Requirements To Recommend Suitable Roll Sizes, Micron Thickness, And Quantities.Share Formal Quotations, Negotiate Transparent Pricing, And Successfully Close Orders Over The Phone.Follow Up Regularly With Pipeline Leads To Drive Repeat Business And Prompt Re-Orders.Coordinate With The Dispatch And Accounts Team To Confirm Payments And Track Shipments Until Delivery.Maintain Daily Call Records, Lead Conversion Status, And Customer Notes In Spreadsheets. What you get

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
