Looking For A Customer Care Executive For Handling Quotations, Sales Support, Sales Data & Trend Reports For Pharma Machinery Spares. Candidate Will Coordinate Internally With Engineering/Manufacturing And Externally With Customers. Engineering/Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred. Tally Knowledge Mandatory.Immediate Joiner Or Max 15 Days. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, Record Management, Quotation Management, Handling Invoices, Manage Operations

Roles and responsibilities

• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Manage Operations, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
