Handling Aspirants & Parent Enquiries At The Front Desk. Taking Admissions And Collecting Admission Fees. Managing The Admissions Process (Forms, Counselling, Follow-Ups). Maintaining Fee Receipts And Payment Records. Managing Incoming & Outgoing Calls. Handling Leads From Whatsapp, Phone Calls & Walk-Ins. Updating Enquiry & Admission Details In Records. Issuing Books / Study Materials To Aspirants And Maintaining Stock & Issue Records. Coordinating With Faculty & Management For Daily Operations.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, Email etiquette, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
