Maintain Accurate Records Of Employee Benefits Programs And Enrollments. Provide Support For New Hires By Processing Paperwork And Setting Up Accounts In The System. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, HRMS, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
