Phoenix Mechanization is hiring an Assistant Receptionist in Dighi, Pune. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month. Freshers can apply. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
