Pick Route Overseas is hiring a Telecaller in Sector-52, Chandigarh. There are 30 open positions. Salary is up to ₹60,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Typing speed, Hindi and English and CRM tools
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and polite

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
