Hiring Collection Executive For Our Mundka Office. The Role Involves Payment Follow-Ups With Customers, Maintaining Collection Records In Google Sheets, Coordinating With The Accounts Team, And Sharing Payment Reminders Via Whatsapp And Email. Graduates With 2-4 Years Of Collection Experience, Good Communication Skills, And Basic Computer Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What you will do

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are detail-oriented and persuasive
