Pika Medical is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in MG Road, Bengaluru. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Computer, Email
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
