Pikova Water is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager in Sector 58 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. Knowledge Of Whatsapp Api And Crm. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Customer handling, CRM and Presentation
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, confident attitude
