Customer Support Engineer

A new Customer Support Engineer role is open at Pinakin Infotech, Vanagaram, Chennai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Desktop Support Specialists Troubleshoot Problems, Arrange System Upgrades, And Organize Parts Replacements Where Necessary, Amon. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Hindi and English, CRM tools and Typing speed
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and patient
