Front Office Receptionist

Pioneer Management System wants to bring on a Front Office Receptionist for its Bawana, Delhi team. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and detail-oriented
