Generate New Business Leads Through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Linkedin And Networking. Identify And Approach Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, And Industrial Companies For Recruitment And Staffing Requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, Target achievement, Presentation and Customer handling
