The Hr & Admin Executive Will Manage End-To-End Hr And Administrative Functions In A Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing Environment. The Role Focuses On Employee Lifecycle Management, Performance Tracking Systems, Training & Competency Development, And Ensuring Compliance With Iatf 16949 Documentation And Audit Requirements. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Screening, MS Excel and Labour law basics
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude
