Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, Emails, Or Chats To Assist Customers With Their Queries. Basic Computer Knowledge And Familiarity With Crm Tools. Maintain Proper Records Of Customer Interactions And Follow-Ups. Provide Accurate Information About Products, Services, And Processes. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
