What you will do

As a Deputy Branch Manager, your work will include:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi, Marketing, Sales
• Good English
