What the job involves

As an Associate Sales Consultant, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Outbound, Sales and Tamil
