Minimum 1 Year Of Proven Experience In The Insurance Industry, Preferably With Experience In Insurance Companies Or Dsas. Demonstrated Track Record Of Over-Achieving Sales Quotas And Targets. Any Graduate Or Equivalent Qualification. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills. Excellent Negotiation And Persuasion Abilities. Ability To Work. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | B2C, License | Should Have : Bike | Preferred Experience In : Insurance, Credit Card, Loan

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of B2c, Bike, Credit Card, Insurance, License and Loan
• Male Only
• Basic English
