Seeking An Experienced Business Development Manager With Strong Exposure To Banking And Private Finance, Especially Unsecured Loans And Business Loans. The Role Involves Identifying Potential Clients, Calling Them, And Closing Loan Transactions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

As a Business Development Manager (Bdm), your work will include:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Target achievement, Lead generation, Negotiation, CRM
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and persuasive
