Document Verification Executive

A new Document Verification Executive role is open at Pooja Sharma (PCN INDIA GLOBAL CORPORATION), Vivek Vihar, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹24,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, MS Excel, Screening and Labour law basics
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude

What you get

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
