Labor Coordinator

Poonil Products is looking for a Labor Coordinator to join its team in Jeevan Nagar - Faridabad, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS and Payroll
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
