Innovate: Identify Bottlenecks In Existing Processes And Implement Automated Solutions To Increase Throughput And Safety. Collaborate: Work Alongside Mechanical And Electrical Teams To Ensure Seamless Hardware-Software Integration. Troubleshoot: Dive Deep Into System Failures, Performing Root-Cause Analysis To Minimize Downtime And Prevent Reoccurrence. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Electronics

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Electronics
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone disciplined and process-oriented

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
• You'll support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor.
