Your responsibilities

As an Hr And Admin Officer, your work will include:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, HRMS, Recruitment, Payroll
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹36,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
