Power Shine Energy is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its team in Nana Mava Road, Rajkot. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Power Shine Energy Is Looking For A Motivated Business Development Executive With Experience In The Solar Industry, Preferably In Solar Inverters And Rooftop Solar Products. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating New Leads, Developing Dealer And Distributor Networks, Meeting Clients, Promoting Solar Products, Following Up On Business. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Presentation and Target achievement
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and confident

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
