Poweredge Technologies Is Looking For A Customer Support Engineer To Handle Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, And Technical Support For Pos Systems, Billing Printers, Barcode Printers, Scanners, Rfid Devices, Android Handheld Terminals, And Retail It Infrastructure. The Role Includes Onsite Customer Visits, System Setup, Issue Resolution, Preventive Maintenance, And Remote Support. Candidates Should Have Basic Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Windows Os, And Networking, Along With Good Communication And Customer Service Skills. Own Two-Wheeler And Valid Driving Licence Are Mandatory. Candidates Must Be Willing To Travel For Installations And Support Visits Across Pune And Nearby Areas. Experience In Pos, Barcode, Or It Hardware Support Will Be An Added Advantage. Skills Needed : Computer Repair, Networking

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll support users on-site and remotely.
• Install, configure and maintain computers and network devices
• Keep asset inventory and documentation up to date
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and user issues
• Monitor uptime and perform routine maintenance
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and access control
