Prabal security and facility management is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Telibandha, Raipur. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
