Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Typing speed, CRM tools and Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A calm under pressure, patient attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹11,500 – ₹16,000 per month.
